Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Kerala has issued an official notification for the admission to M.Sc and M.Phil courses for the academic session 2017. The online application process has begun on the official website of IITM Kerala.
The institute offers the M.Sc programme in various subjects: -
- Geospatial Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Machine Intelligence
- Cyber Security
The institute offers 40 seats in Cyber Security and 30 seats in other specializations.
The institute offers the M.Phil programme in following areas: -
- Computer Science
- Ecological Informatics
Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Kerala offers 15 seats in M.Phil programmes.

Eligibility for M.Sc Programme: -
- A minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% percent in any Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, and Technology is essential.
- Mathematics should be a mandatory subject in B.Sc degree.
Eligibility for M.Phil in Ecological Informatics: -
- The candidates who have completed their PG or Postgraduate degree in Natural Science, i.e., Environmental Science, Zoology or Botany as well as Physical Science are eligible to apply for M.Phil in Ecological Informatics.

Eligibility for M.Phil in Computer Science: -
- The candidates who have completed their PG degree in M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, Geo-Informatics, Computation Science, Electronics, Information Technology and Computer Science are eligible to apply for M.Phil in Computer Science.
The institute conducts entrance examination for the admission to M.Sc programme in various cities across the country. However, M.Phil admissions will be done based on the admission test or GATE or NET scores.
