One of the premier management institutes of India, IIM-A has bagged the number one spot globally (2018) for its postgraduate programme in food and agri-business management i.e. PGP-FABM. The PGP-FABM programme of IIM Ahmedabad has been ranked number one by a leading ranking agency of Paris - Eduniversal which specialises in ranking higher education universities and institutes.
IIM-A made the official announcement regarding the same in a press release, stating that the two-year PGP-FAMB has been ranked number one in the world by Eduniversal for its PG programme in food and agribusiness management.
The second position in the category has been bagged by ESSEC Business School, France. Further, Corness University in USA, University of Melbourne in Australia and the University of Buenos in Argentina were ranked third, fourth and fifth.

The PGP-FABM of IIM Ahmedabad is a two-year full time residential postgraduate programme that covers aspects of agriculture which includes food processing and rural infrastructure. The intake of the programme is 46 and over 1,27,000 candidates apply for the same every year.
