IIM Ahmedabad’s PGP batch 2007 donated Rs. 50 lakh to institute’s Faculty Club. The contribution made by the alumni clearly indicates their love and affection towards the faculty members and learning opportunities that the premier institute offered, while they were studying at IIM Ahmedabad. The contribution of IIM Ahmedabad Faculty Club is a new landmark in the alumni contribution towards the priorities identified by the premier institute.
Director-In-Charge of IIM, Professor Errol D’souza said that he was overwhelmed with alumni’s contribution and support. He further expressed that the alumni of the premier institute are always supportive towards multiple initiatives on the campus.

PGP 2007 batch representative, Mr. Ashwin Balasubramanian remembered that the two years of study at IIM Ahmedabad enriched the lives of every student of the batch in so many ways. Contributing to the institute is truly a great feeling and it is their responsibility to support the premier institute that had given them a bright future, he expressed.
Ms. Madhuri Iyer of PGP 2007 batch expressed that the premier management institute shaped the personalities and careers of all the students. IIM Ahmedabad has given them memories to cherish and it is an amazing feeling to return back to the campus, she added.

Earlier, IIM Ahmedabad received funds for the restoration of its Heritage Campus. The premier institute received major contributions in August 2017 for the restoration of classrooms and facilities at Heritage Campus. The alumni of IIM Ahmedabad have always been supportive in some way or the other.
