IIM Bangalore to Organise ‘Digital Summit’ on October 15, 2017

Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore offers a unique Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP), and the 2017-18 batch of EPGP programme will organise ‘Digital Summit’ on October 15, 2017. The theme of the 2017 edition of the digital summit is ‘Future Unlocked’, and it will explore varied aspects of digitalisation, which are relevant in the contemporary world.

The digital summit, which will be organised at the campus of IIM Bangalore, will be a great opportunity for MBA students and practitioners to interact with renowned personalities in academia and industry. The summit will give a wide scope to hold discussions on trends and opportunities in the digital world.

The summit will also have panel discussions and speaker sessions on the following topics:

  • Understanding Platform Business Models in an Indian perspective
  • Non-Intrusive Marketing
  • Mixed Reality (Creating an immersive consumer experience)
  • Digital Inclusion – Indian Perspective

The digital summit will have the following speakers on the board:

  • Mr. Jayesh Ghatge, Indian Market Partner of Thoughtworks
  • Mr. Sreekant Lanka, Head of Programmatic Account Strategy (Google India)
  • Priya Karnik, Vice President (Business), Paytm
  • Mr. Avinash Sabharwal, Managing Director (Accenture Ventures and Open Innovation)
  • Mr. Anil V Pillai, Director, Terragni Consulting Private Limited
  • Mr. Suraj Nambiar, General Manager (Digital), Maxus

The summit will begin at 9:30 AM, and it will continue until 6:00 PM.
