NIIT, a multi-model learning platform has collaborated with Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta to launch an exclusive programme called Learn Enhance Aspire and Deliver or LEAD for the management profession. The primary objective of the programme is to make professionals sharpen their leadership skills as well as renew their business expertise.
The LEAD programme will be delivered in both offline and online modes. An official website of NNIT will deliver the online module of LEAD programme. The programme also consists of a 40-day visit to IIM-Calcutta campus apart from online and offline training.

LEAD is a one-year programme which is divided into four quarterly modules. They are:
- Learn - To achieve fundamental proficiency
- Enhance - Giving an exposure to candidates on higher-order management capabilities
- Aspire - To make the candidates capable of facing contemporary challenges in management
- Deliver - To make the candidates capable of delivering distinctive execution inside an organisation

Senior executives of various business establishments, as well as management professionals, who want to expand the sphere of their business, can opt for the course. The applicants must note that 15 years of working experience is mandatory to opt for the course. On the other hand, the applicants should not hold the position more than two levels below the CEO.
