IIM Indore Placements 2023IIM Indore Placements 2023: At the final placement session, an IIM Indore student got a salary package of INR 1.14 crore for a domestic job. This is the highest package offered in the final placements at the institute. Notably, it is an INR 65 lakh rise over what was offered in the previous year’s placement session.
According to an IIM-I official, the maximum remuneration offered to an IIM Indore student during the placement process during the last session was INR 49 lakh.

During the final placement process for this academic year, over 160 local and foreign organizations offered 568 employment offers to IIM-I students, with an average salary of INR 30.21 lakhs.
Students enrolled in the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the five-year Integrated Course in Management (IPM) were among those who successfully obtained the offers. According to the authorities, each programme is equivalent to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) course.
The Director of IIM-I, Prof. Himanshu Rai, said that they had always been prepared to enhance their relationship with the industry by offering top-notch management education to the students. He further stated that the exceptional placements secured by the students despite the difficult times were evidence of this.

According to IIM-I, the field of consultancy generated the highest number of employment offers during the final placement, at 29 per cent. This was followed by general management and operations, each of which produced 19% of job offers, finance and marketing, which each generated 18%, and information technology, which generated 16% of placements at the institute.
