As a solitary measure in the wake of recent floods in Kerala, IIM Kozhikode has slashed the fee of its EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Programme) by Rs. 2 Lakhs . The applicants of the EPGP batch 2018-20 are eligible for fee cut, confirmed the authorities of IIM Kozhikode. The authorities have taken the decision as most of the candidates enroll in EPGP course hail from Trivandrum, Thrissur, and Ernakulam districts. The authorities have clarified that the fee has been reduced from Rs. 10 Lakh to Rs. 8 Lakh.
IIM Kozhikode Director, Professor Debashis Chatterjee said that the month of August witnessed unprecedented rains that created havoc among the citizens and the economy of Kerala. IIM Kozhikode has involved itself in rebuilding Kerala with the help of students and the alumni. As a proactive measure to alleviate the pain, the authorities have taken the decision to slash the fees of EPGP course for the batch of 2018-20, he explained.

Due to the current scenario in Kerala, IIM Kozhikode has extended the online application date deadline for EPGP course until October 06, 2018 . The institute will conduct EMAT entrance test and interviews for EPGP course on October 13 and 14, 2018. Aspirants, particularly from Kerala who failed to submit online application due to floods can make use to extended deadline.
