Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) and Yes Bank are in talks for signing a charter with the purpose of spreading climatic awareness. The major aim of the collaboration will be to enhance the ‘Climate Literacy’ amongst people.
IIM Lucknow also aims to achieve sustainable development with the cooperation of Yes Bank. Shared learning will be implemented by the institute to encourage climate awareness. The bank will also assist IIM Lucknow in updating the curriculum of its two-year programme.
Director of IIM Lucknow, Ajit Prasad, said that sustainability is one of the integral aspects that have to be considered while devising a corporate strategy. He added that it is also essential in order to achieve a holistic growth.
The Director further added that the collaboration with Yes Bank will help the students to understand the viewpoint of corporates as well as address social and environmental issues that can help in overcoming the current economic challenges.

Yes Bank has partnered to monitor the CSR project locations through site visits. The bank will also create opportunities for the students to develop case studies through these projects.
Managing Director of Yes Bank, Rana Kapoor, talked about the partnership with IIM Lucknow and said that it will encourage the upcoming business leaders and managers to focus on adopting the best possible practices to control environmental risks.

It will also initiate a practice of financing environment-friendly sustainable growth that will benefit the generations to come.
