Indian Institute of Management, Raipur has been expanding its international alliances in Europe by associating with universities. IIM Raipur has been trying to build its partnership with universities abroad and has tied up with three more universities to take academia to next level and provide the students with education opportunities at universities abroad.

The three universities that the institute has collaborated with are – International School of Management – Dortmund (Germany), Management Center Innsbruck (Austria) and the University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia).
IIM Raipur now has 13 international education partners including those that are mentioned above. Prof. Vinita Sahay, Chairperson of International Relations IIM Raipur, said that the institute has been working to increase the number of international alliances to provide its PGP students with international exposure that will help them in their career.
She emphasized the fact that exposure to various international aspects such as art, literature, architecture, philosophy and music play an essential role in mentoring the management students. Apart from this, international exposure also enhances the decision-making skills by providing a cross-cultural environment, she added.

This is one of the reasons that Europe has been chosen by the institute to expand its partnership as it is one of the most sought-after destinations amongst management students across the world.
