Indian Institute of Management-Ranchi (IIM-R)
has been offered 55 lakhs package just the after the nation celebrated Women’s International Day.
Amisha Chawla, a student of the college's flagship postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) in this year's outgoing batch (2014-16) has earned a plump Rs 55 lakh per annum pay in a leading FMCG company at the on-campus placements. Chawla will join the company's affairs on the African continent from April end.
The IIM-R administration said this year they had hundred percent final placements. "This year's placement has recorded an overall 13% improvement from the 2013-15 academic session,” said an official of the Institute.
The college said the overall average annual package size was Rs 15.14 lakh. The highest domestic package in PGDM was Rs 25.5 lakh, the same official informed.
