The conclave hosted over 20 women leaders from various sectors corporate, government, NGOs, and academia, with a participation of more than 100 delegates. Panel discussions focused on key factors of consistent gender gaps, strategies to reduce it sustainably, and best practices adopted by India and other nations. Leaders emphasized that increased female leadership contributes significantly to business growth and sustainable development.
