IIM Udaipur has recently concluded the final placements of its flagship 2-year MBA Course graduating in April 2022. The institute's average CTC stands at INR 17.5 lakh per annum. The final placement session comprising over 310 students, which is the largest batch to date, showed a remarkable increase of 31% in the average CTC and 20% in the median. The top 25% of the MBA batch received an average CTC of INR 25 lakh per annum, and the top 50% of the batch got an average of INR 21 lakh per annum.
A total of 315 students participated in the placement drive whereas the previous year saw the participation of 281. Students were successful in receiving PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) through summer internships which rose by 22% showing a growing acceptance by the industry of IIMU student talent. The new recruiters participated in IIM Udaipur final placements included Asian Paints, American Express, Bain, BenQ, Bosch, Brane, Natwest, Centrum, Allcargo, JP Morgan Chase, Crompton Greaves, Schindler, Transworld, HashedIn by Deloitte, EXL, HSBC, IBM, PwC, Innover, Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Retail, and WNS, amongst others.

The revisiting recruiters of the final placements were E&Y, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Accenture Strategy, Axis Bank, Bajaj Auto, BNY Mellon, Capgemini, Cisco, Cognizant, General Electric, HDFC Bank, Tresvista, Thoucentric, Vedanta Group, ICICI Bank. ICICI Prudential, IIFL, IndiaMART, KPMG, Offbusiness, PayTM, Pidilite, Amazon, Amul, TAFE, TATA AIG, Wells Fargo, Xiaomi, and Yes Bank, amongst others. Four International offers were bagged by IIMU students. IIMU final placements were dominated by Consulting sector followed by Technology, Banking and Financial Services, and Consumer Goods & durables.
