Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM-U) has received AACSB the accreditation. IIM-U is one of the youngest Indian business schools in India to secure the AACSB accreditation.
Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM-U) has received the accreditation from the AACSB - Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business. With this recognition from AASCB, IIM Udaipur is the fourth IIM in the country to achieve this fete.
Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) makes its place among the top global B-schools by receiving the accreditation from the AACSB. The other three IIMs who have these distinctions include IIM Ahmedabad , IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta .

AACSB accreditation has only been received by 5% of the top B-schools of the world. AACSB accreditation is granted to business schools that have demonstrated excellence in all the fields such as academics, research, student learning, and extra-curricular activities.
Executive Vice President and Chief Accreditation Officer of AACSB International, Stephanie M. Bryant said that IIM Udaipur demonstrated excellence in all areas and has been very committed to receiving accreditation. The whole institute has been very dedicated to gain the AACSB accreditation, he appreciated.
Director of IIM Udaipur, Janat Shah expressed his happiness for receiving the AACSB accreditation. He informed that IIM-U has been very focused on building a globally recognized management institution. According to him, the AACSB accreditation will help IIM-U bond with corporate partners, start world-class research projects among others.

Meanwhile, the institute is also planning to set up a new Centre for Digital Enterprise by next year.
