IIT-Bhubaneswar Invites Applications for M.Tech 2017-19

Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar has announced an official notification for the admission to M.Tech course for the academic session 2017-19. Eligibility: -

• Mandatory B.Tech degree in relevant discipline is necessary to apply for the M.Tech course at IIT-Bhubaneswar.
• All the candidates who wish to apply for M.Tech must have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score.
• GATE score is not mandatory for sponsored candidates.

Application Process: -

• Only the official website of Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar facilitates online filling and submission of application forms for the M.Tech course.
• On the homepage, click on ‘News and Update Section’.
• The candidates can find the link ‘M.Tech Admissions 2017’.
• Click on the link and register the details.
• User ID and Password will be generated.
• Proceed to the online application form for the M.Tech course with login credentials.
• Fill the application, submit it and pay the application fee.
• There is no application fee for female candidates.
• Finally, take the printout of application form.

Selection Process: -

• Initially, the applicants will be shortlisted based on the score they secure in GATE.
• Written test and interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
• Final selection to M.Tech course will be based on the performance in written test and interview.
• IIT Bhubaneswar provides financial assistance to the selected candidates and not the shortlisted ones.

Important Date: -

• April 10, 2017, is the deadline to submit the online filled-in application form for the M.Tech course at IIT-Bhubaneswar.
