IIT Delhi has announced admission for its full-time and part-time MS by Research and PhD programmes offered in various disciplines for the academic session 2017.
Financial Assistance for IIT Delhi M.S/ PhD Courses
Candidates enrolled in the PhD Course will receive INR 25,000 per month for the first two years of registration (JRF) and INR 28,000 per month for the next three years of registration (SRF).
Candidates admitted to MS programmes on a full-time basis will be paid INR 12,400/ per month. They would be required to provide assistance of 8 hours/week to the department/school/centre.

Eligibility Criteria for IIT Delhi M.S/ PhD Courses :
Candidates interested in applying for PhD programmes must be holding 60 per cent marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10-point scale in MTech/ ME/ MD/ MSc/ MA/ MBA/ MBBS or must have 70 per cent marks or 7.5 CGPA on a 10-point in Btech/ BE or equivalent scale.
The candidates applying for MS programme must have pursued BE/ MSc/ B. Tech or must have 75 per cent marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale.
Selection Procedure for IIT Delhi M.S/ PhD Courses:
IIT Delhi will conduct test and interview for the candidates and they will be selected on the basis of these test/interview.

The last date for the submission of an online application is 7th November
Test/interview for IIT Delhi M.S/ PhD Courses will be conducted from 5th December to 16th December.
