IIT Delhi claimed that around 1,150 individual students have been uniquely selected. Moreover, the students have also received over 50 international offers from more than 15 organisations across multiple regions. In this year’s NIRF overall rankings, the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi secured the 4th position. In fact, since 2018 IIT Delhi has consistently ranked among the top 4 universities in the overall category. In 2024, the institute achieved an overall score of 80.34.

This placement season has also brought a global dimension to IIT Delhi's campus, with students receiving over 50 international offers from more than 15 prestigious organizations. These offers span multiple regions, including Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, and United States. Such international opportunities underscore the global recognition of IIT Delhi's talent pool.
Prominent companies have extended multiple offers on campus this year. These include renowned names like American Express, Barclays, BCG, BlueStone Jewellery & Lifestyle, Deutsche India Pvt Ltd, Goldman Sachs, Google, Graviton Research Capital, Intel India, Meesho, Micron Technology, Microsoft, OLA, Oracle, PayU, Quadeye, Qualcomm, Robust Results Private Limited, Shiprocket, Squarepoint Capital, Texas Instruments, Trident Group, and Turing Global India Pvt. Ltd. The diversity of recruiters highlights the institute's ability to cater to varied industry demands.
The placement drive, which will continue until the end of the next semester, focuses on placing both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The success of this season is attributed to the dedicated efforts of the Office of Career Services team, including staff, student coordinators, and volunteers.
