Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Indore) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM Indore) have jointly launched an online degree program for Masters of Science in Data Science and Management. The admission process for the program has begun and the last date to apply is February 21, 2022. The program is ideal for working professionals and graduates and will involve on-campus teaching. The program will run for 30 days with 900 hours of learning i.e, 14-15 hours of live sessions per week.
Students who will be enrolled in the program will get academic benefits from both institutes. Data Science and Management program will help aspirants gain analytical expertise and foundational business knowledge. As per the reports from institutes, the batch for the program will begin in March 2022. For this program upto 200 seats will be offered to candidates for admissions. The reservation criteria will be followed as per Government of India rules by the Institutes.

Eligibility & Shortlisting Criteria
Following are the eligibility and shortlisting criteria to enroll for the Masters of Science in Data Science and Management required by IIM and IIT, Indore.
- Students must have a minimum of 60% aggregate or (6 CGPA out of 10) and a first-class degree from a recognized university/institute.
- As per the Government of India rules, SC/ ST/ PwD category will get relaxation.
- BTech / BPharm / BE / BS/ BArch / BDes / BSc / MCA / MBA / MSc / candidates with at least one course in Computer Programming and two courses in Mathematics at qualifying degree level can also apply.
- The test score of any of the entrance exams such as GATE / CAT / GRE / GMAT / JAM is a must.
- Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility requirements will be shortlisted for the interview.
- The final selection of the program will be based on the candidate's performance in the interview round.
