Indian Institute of Technology, Indore is going to offer a ten-day short-term course on Space Craft and Payload Pointing & Control. The institute decided to launch the course by taking ISRO’s projects as an inspiration. The Department of Continuing Education and Improvement Programmes of Indian Institute of Technology, Indore is going to conduct the programme on the campus.

Highlights of Space Craft and Payload Pointing & Control Course: -
- The course will benefit the professionals who are working in aerospace organizations and deal with satellites and payload motion control.
- The course is also designed for students and teachers who are going to include spacecraft and aerospace sciences in their curriculum.
- The integral part of the course is illustrations and application of theory to the NASA and ISRO spacecraft.

One of the officials revealed that the classes for this course are expected to begin from May 15, 2017. The interested CEP participants from DRDO, CSIR, ISRO and GOI organisations can register for this programme. The candidates from various other academic institutes can also register themselves for this course. However, the candidates need to pay Rs. 40,000, which is termed as one-time registration fee. On the other hand, the registration fee is Rs. 50,000 for the participants from different industries.
After the payment of registration fee, the applicants have to send the detailed application form through mail to the Coordinator of the programme. The deadline to send application forms is May 1, 2017.
