During the IIT JAM application form fill-up process, the candidates should upload the required documents as per the specifications. Unless the candidates submit or upload the documents like signatures as per the specification, the IIT JAM application form 2024 will not be accepted by the authority. The last date for uploading the signature and then submitting the IIT JAM 2024 application form is October 13, 2023 . To avoid the last-minute hassle, the candidates are advised to submit the application form beforehand.
Instructions to Follow to Upload Signature in IIT JAM Application Form 2024
The candidates can refer to the following instructions to upload the signature in IIT JAM 2024 application form here in the given section:
- Candidates should draw a rectangular box of size 2 cm X 7 cm (height X width) on a white paper
- Only use a dark blue or black ink pen to complete the signature
- A signature with all the capital letters, or any other colours (other than black and blue) will not be accepted
- Scanning the digital image of the rectangular box (with the signature inside) should be done using a professional scanner. Crop the border of the box
- The maximum size and minimum size of the signature should be 160X560 and 80X280 pixels respectively
Note, that the candidates should upload only good-quality signatures. If they upload any poor-quality signatures or blurred signatures, then the authority will reject the signatures.
