Initially, the facility was scheduled to open today, November 20 , but according to the new dates, IIT JAM Application Form Correction Window will now be activated on November 24, 2023 . The date is as per the latest update announced by the officials, however, it is subject to change. The registration closing date was extended twice by the conducting authorities, but the dates for the application form correction facility will most likely not be extended twice.

Once the application form facility is activated, candidates will be able to edit the incorrect fields through their login dashboard. For changing gender from female to transgender/male, candidates need to pay Rs. 950 for a single paper, for changing the category from SC/ST to Gen/OBC, applicants need to pay Rs. 900 for a single paper, and for changing examination city, the charge is Rs. 300. Apart from these fields if any other field needs to be edited, then students need to contact the authorities for the same. In any case, the paid application form fee will not be refunded back to the students.
