IIT JAM Registration 2024: As per the official dates released by the authority, the application form for IIT JAM 2024 will be available from September 5, 2023 while the exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 11, 2024. The admit card for the exam will be published on February 8, 2024. For submission of the application form, the interested candidates will have to upload the required documents and also refer to some for inputting the appropriate information. A complete list of all documents required is given below, along with the registration fee details.

Organized by different IITs in rotation, IIT JAM is a gateway for admission to M.Sc., M.Tech, Dual Degree, and Joint M.Sc. Ph.D., and similar programs. It is a national-level test held every year. The scores are also used for admissions by IIPE, JNCASR, IISc, IISER Pune, and IISER Bhopal. The exam takes place in over 100 cities across India. This time, IIT Madras is conducting IIT JAM 2024.

List of Documents Required for IIT JAM Registration 2024

When applying for IIT JAM 2024, make sure you have the following documents ready:

• Scanned copy of your 10th standard (SSC) Marksheet.
• A high-quality image of your photograph and signature, adhering to the following specifications:
  Photograph:
  Dimensions - 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height), Format - jpg/jpeg, Size - 20 to 200 KB
  Signature:
  Dimensions - 7 cm (width) x 2 cm (height), Format - jpg/jpeg, Size - 5 to 150 KB
• If applicable, a scanned copy of your Category Certificate (OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST)
  Format - pdf, Size - 10 to 300 KB
• If you have a physical disability, a scanned copy of the Physical Disability Certificate or Unique Disability Identification (UDID) certificate.
• Details of your chosen Photo Identity Document (ID), which can be any one of the following: Aadhaar ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID. Ensure that you carry the original Photo ID to the examination centre.

IIT JAM Registration Fee 2024

For IIT JAM 2024, the application fee is easily payable online. Candidates can use options like net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and more. If changes are needed in cities, test papers, category, or gender, it's Rs. 300 plus the applicable difference in the fee. Remember, the fee is non-refundable, no matter what.
