IIT Kharagpur PGDBA 2022 Exam on March 27, Check Details

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta , Indian Statistical Institute, and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur are jointly offering a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) course. It is a two-year full-time diploma program. The entrance test is scheduled to be held on 27 March 2022.
Interested candidates can download the application form from the official website of the institution. According to the official notification, the exam will be an MCQ-based test with 50 questions across four sections. The test will have questions from Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Data Visualisation, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning.

Exam Pattern of PGDBA 2022

The test will be a total of 150 marks with every question carrying 3 marks each. For every wrong answer, there would be a negative marking of one mark. The duration of the exam is 3 hours.

Syllabus for PGDBA 2022

The syllabus across the four sections would be according to the level of other management exams. The important concepts would be

• Logical Reasoning - Logical connectives, Statements, and Conclusions, Matching and Sequences
• Verbal Ability - Reading Comprehension, Grammar, and correction of the statement
• Data Interpretation and Data Visualisation - Pie charts, graphs, trends
• Quantitative aptitude - Sets, Algebra, Calculus, Maxima and Minima, Coordinate geometry, and Euclidean Geometry.

Selection Criteria of PGDBA 2022

Students shortlisted on the basis of the entrance exam will be called for a personal interview. After the completion of the personal interview, the final merit list will be released,
