HSEE 2018 Results Announced

The Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) 2018 result has been declared on 15th May 2018. The results for only those candidates have been released who've cleared the entrance examination. The result is available on the official website of HSEE .

HSEE exam is conducted by IIT Madras for admission into five-year integrated master's programme in English Studies and Development Studies.

Candidates can check their HSEE 2018 results on the official website. Given below are steps for checking HSEE 2018 results:

HSEE Results 2018:

• Visit the HSEE 2018 official website (hsee.iitm.ac.in)
• Click on the 'HSEE - 2018 Result' tab available on the home page.
• A new page will open where you will be required to enter your email ID and Password.
• As you login, the HSEE result will be declared on your computer screen.
• Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

In case, candidates forget their password they can recover the same by entering the registered email ID and phone number. The recovery password will be sent through an email or SMS.

HSEE Cut-offs 2018:

• Candidates belonging to OBC-NCL category require a minimum of 45% marks to qualify the HSEE 2018 examination . On the other hand, candidates belonging to SC/ST category require 25% marks to be in the merit list.

• The seat will be allocated on the basis of merit/cut-off list prepared by the institute.

• In case, a candidate cancels the admission then his/her seat will become vacant and will be allocated to the next ranked candidate from the list.
