GATE 2025 Important Dates: IIT Roorkee has released important dates for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025) on the GOAPS portal - gate2025.iitr.ac.in . The official notification along with the brochure is most likely to be available online in the last week of August 2024. Eligible candidates can register online from August 24, 2024 onwards . Candidates at the GOAPS 2025 portal must provide details such as valid mail ID, and mobile number and generate an Enrollment ID and Password. The deadline for online registration without a late fee is September 26, 2024.
The authorities have announced that GATE 2025 will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 . It will be a computer-based test and aspirants looking to apply for the GATE 2024 must register once the application form is out.

Candidates who wish to take the GATE 2025 examination must be enrolled in or have completed a government-approved undergraduate degree in engineering, technology, science, commerce, architecture, the arts, or humanities. Do note, the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment can be made using UPI, net banking, debit card, credit card, or E-wallet. Additional bank charges may apply.
On each of these exam days, there will be two sessions for the examination i.e., afternoon and forenoon sessions. The GATE exam has 65 questions worth 100 marks. The GATE 2025 entrance exam consists of 30 test papers, all of which must be completed in English. The question paper includes MCQs, MSQs, and NAT questions. The exam has three sections; General Aptitude (GA), Engineering Mathematics (EM), and a chosen subject.
