NEET UG Seat Allotment 2023 Round 1 : Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release NEET UG seat allotment 2023 Round 1 result on July 29 at neet.nta.nic.in . Based on the choices filled and locked by the candidates between July 22 to July 26, 2023 , the MCC officials will declare the result. The seat allotment pdf would include the names of the candidates who have been shortlisted for Round 1 admission and the colleges that have been allotted by them by the authorities based on their preferences. The shortlisted candidates will then have to upload certain documents to the MCC portal for verification purposes. Important Instructions to be followed after NEET UG Seat Allotment 2023 Round 1

Once NEET UG seat allotment 2023 Round 1 is published, candidates must follow important instructions below to proceed hassle-free with the subsequent rounds of counselling:

  • Candidates willing to join the allotted medical or dental college need to report to the college for joining formalities.

  • If dissatisfied with the seat, candidates can leave the seat and quit the counselling process.

  • If the candidates want to upgrade the seat for Round 2, candidates will have to report to the college to retain their Round 1 seat and provide up-gradation willingness for Round 2.

  • If a candidate fails to report to the college after doing the up-gradation for Round 2, then he/she will be required to register again for Round 3.

  • Candidates who registered but did not get a seat in Round 1 will be eligible for Round 2.

  • Candidates whose seats got cancelled during the document verification will be eligible for Round 2 with a changed category.

  • Applicants who opted for up-gradation in Round 2 will be eligible for Round 2.

  • Finally, applicants who were offered a seat but did not accept it will be eligible for Round 2.

  • Candidates who did not register for Round 1 or Round 2 or do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for Round 2 admission.
