CLAT 2023: For both UG and PG, CLAT 2023 will be conducted on Sunday, December 18, 2022. If put in enough attention, the Logical Reasoning section can become one of the best-scoring sections in the examination. More than outside knowledge, candidates simply need to be attentive during the paper. Although easier said than done, there are some tips and tricks that can help you achieve the same.
30 questions, each for 1 mark, will be asked in CLAT 2023 Logical Reasoning section. The same number has been observed since 2020, henceforth which CLAT exam is conducted for 150 marks instead of 200 marks.

CLAT 2023: Important Tips for Logical Reasoning
To score 25+ in CLAT 2023 Logical Reasoning section, some of the most important tips are listed here:
1. Editorial Reading
Every year, the passages for CLAT Logical Reasoning are taken from editorials. Editorial reading is different from that reading news for GK or current affairs. Therefore, while reading the paragraph, it is important to read it in a way that you get a gist of what the author is trying to say.
2. Premise and Conclusion
While reading, understand the premise and conclusion of the given passage. This will help you answer the questions asked in an easier manner. You can practice the same while reading editorials.
3. Pick out the best option
To confuse the students, CLAT logical reasoning question paper is set such that there is no perfect answer to the question given in the options. Therefore, to avoid negative marking, many candidates leave the question. However, the expected answer is not the perfect answer but the best suitable option among the given four. So if you’re confused, find the best suitable option.
4. Do time-bound practice
In logical reasoning, if given enough time, everyone will seek the correction option by reading the passage over and over again but the trick is to solve it in a given duration. Hence, give mocks or solve previous years’ papers in a time-bound manner. If you can’t figure it out, leave the question be instead of spending more time on it. Time management is very important in this section and so it is in the overall CLAT 2023 paper.
