Indian Institute of Art and Design or IIAD has released the admission notification for Bachelor of Arts or B.A (Honours) programmes in the below-mentioned the courses for the academic year 2017: For this purpose, IIAD conducts the iDAT (IIAD Design Aptitude Test) for admission.
- Fashion Design
- Interior Architecture and Design
- Communication Design

Educational Criteria for Admission to IIAD:
- The applicants must be eligible to all the eligibility norms prescribed by IIAD
- The candidates who are interested in applying for B.A (Honours) in any one of the courses must have passed Plus Two with the required eligibility marks as prescribed by IIAD
- The candidates who have already taken the examination and waiting for results may also apply

Application Procedure for Admission to IIAD:
- The applicants must note that IIAD accepts only online applications
- Therefore, it is mandatory for the applicants to visit IIAD's official site to fill the online application form
- However, the candidates are advised to have a glance on instructions before filling the application form
- After filling the application form, the applicants must pay the application fee
- Application fee can be paid in the form of Demand Draft
- The cost of application is Rs. 1,800
- The candidates must take a DD of Rs. 1,800 in the name of Teamwork Education Foundation, New Delhi
- The candidates are required to take the printout of application form and send it to IIAD along with DD by post
Selection Procedure for Admission to IIAD:
- IIAD conducts an entrance test, i.e., iDAT (IIAD Design Aptitude Test) for admission to various programmes
- The selection will be made as per applicant's performance in iDAT, interview as well as assessment test
