The Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies & Research (IndSearch) organised its first convocation ceremony to distribute degrees awarded by Savitribai Phule Pune University. Students were awarded their Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree. According to reports, 26 students received degrees from the dean, management faculty, SPPU, Ashok Joshi, director, IndSearch, Aparna Tembulkar. Sunil Mali received the gold medal while Vaishnavi Chaudhari received the silver medal.

Ashok Joshi also said that these students are future leaders in the field of commerce, trade, industry and in the society in the coming years and they will make a valuable contribution to country, family and the world. He urged the students to strive to become responsible citizens and to learn values such as fairness, dignity, and environmental concern.The college is now looking to get more success in the next edition of the convocation. The Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies & Research (IndSearch) is one of the reputed business school in Pune. The college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by the University Grants Commission. The MBA program of IndSearch is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The college is also known for having a good placement record. Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies & Research (IndSearch) has also signed an MoU with the University of Wisconsin, Parkside, USA to promote students exchange program and help the students learn new technologies.
