Reputed Hyderabad-based multi-national company Inventurus Knowledge Solutions conducted placement drive at KITS Engineering College on 5-May-2016. The placement rive was inaugurated by the college placement officer, CH. Chandra Shekar. The company officials were welcomed in a grand manner by the college management and students. The company officials gave introduction of the company and explained the process of interview. The interviews were conducted for the final year B.Tech students of the college.
Four rounds of interview were conducted which included a preliminary aptitude test, Group discussion, Personality contest and a face to face interview. The placement drive received a good response as a total number of 89 students attended the palcement drive. Out of them 19 students got selected in the final round of interview. Students came up with new ideas in the group discussion about the changes in education system and role of technology in changing the education system. Company officials gave the offer letters to the students and congratulated them. The students are selected at an annual package of Rs.2, 50,000.
College principal, Dr. P. Babu said, “Around 350 students got placed in campus placements conducted in the academic year 2015-2016. The college placement cell is very active in inviting various companies for placement drives”. He congratulated the students and appreciated the efforts of the placement officer.
Students thanked the college management, placement cell and faculty for being supportive.
