Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad proudly announced its achievement with the re-accreditation from AACSB i.e. Association for Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business. Moreover, it has also been granted accreditation by EQUIS or EFMD Quality Improvement System.
Now, ISB has joined the list of hundred business schools that have both AACSB and EQUIS accreditation. These accreditation bodies have a large international acceptance and primarily focus on improving the standards of management education worldwide.

Prof. Rajendra Srivastava, Dean of Indian School of Business revealed that ISB received AACSB accreditation for the first time in 2011 and became the first institute in South Asia to get AACSB accreditation. He credited the achievement to the faculty, alumni, students and staff who have continuously played a significant role in maintaining high standards of excellence in higher education.
ISB Hyderabad has been successful in meeting the rigorous international standards prescribed by AACSB and EQUIS. The accreditation has been given only after strict evaluation. The evaluation is done on the basis of institute’s focus on global outreach or internationalization and ethics.

ISB has also mastered the concept of maintaining connections with the corporate world besides balancing academic and managerial relevance that adds a surplus advantage while the evaluation process by EQUIS and AACSB in undertaken.
Earlier, Indian School of Business bagged the top spot from India in Financial Times (FT) Rankings 2017. INSEAD stood at the first place in the world. Interestingly, other premier B-Schools in India like IIMs managed to find a spot in best 100 programmes worldwide.
