As updated by the official regarding ITBP SI Overseer Admit Card 2023, candidates are now concerned about the physical efficiency test. Well, to eliminate some of your stress and anxiety, below is a list of activities candidates need to undergo to qualify for the PST/PET selection process at ITBP.

PET Standards to be followed by Males:

• The participants need to complete a race of 1.6km within 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
• A race of 100 meters is to be finished by candidates within a time of 16 seconds.
  

PET Standards for Female:

• Within a time of 4 minutes, the participants have to complete a race of 800 meters
• 100-meter race should be finished within 18 seconds.
