Admission Notice -J.B Law College Announces Admission for -2016-2017

J B. Law College Guwahati invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the full time 5 year integrated B.A.LL.B(Honours) Course for the session 2016-2017. J. B. Law College, Guwahati, is the leading Law College of North Eastern part of India catering legal education to the bonafide students since 1969. The College is permitted and affiliated by the Gauhati University and is duly recognised by the Bar Council of India and also accredited by NAAC.

Eligibility for Admission-

A candidate for admission shall have- Passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination there to securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for General candidates and not less than 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Admission Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on Merit cum Admission test. The Admission will be conducted as per Schedule mentioned below.

Admission Test Schedule-

1. General English =30 Marks.

2. General Knowledge =25 Marks.

3. Legal Aptitude Test =15 Marks.

4. Legal Reasoning =10 Marks.

5. Personality Test =10 Marks.

6. Mathematical Ability Test =10 Marks. Total =100 Marks

Admission Procedure-

Admission forms and prospectus would be available in College office and can be collected on payment of Rs.500.00/-( Five Hundred)only in cash)
