Finally, JEE Mains 2017 results have been released and the qualified candidates with the prescribed cut-off mark are waiting to apply for JEE Advanced 2017 examination. Indian Institute of Technology, Madras is the conducting authority of JEE Advanced 2017 examination. The official registrations for the JEE Advanced 2017 are now open through its official website. Eligibility: -
- The candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2017 examination must be among the top 2,20,000 rankers and should have secured positive marks in the Paper - I of JEE Mains 2017 examination.
- As per the official notification, the applicants should be born on or after 01-October-1992.
- However, five years relaxation is given to PWD/ SC/ ST candidates.
- The candidates who took JEE Advanced examination twice earlier are not eligible to apply for JEE Advanced 2017.
- The candidates who took JEE Advanced in 2016 can apply again.

Registration Process: -
- Registration for JEE Advanced 2017 is only possible through the official website of JEE.
- After visiting the JEE official website, log in with valid credentials and choose the language of question paper and test city.
- Later, upload the scanned copies of necessary documents.
- Finally, pay the JEE Advanced 2017 registration fee.
- For general category, Rs. 2,400 is the registration fee.
- For PWD, SC, ST candidates Rs. 1,200 is the registration fee.
- For female candidates, Rs. 1,200 is the registration fee.
Documents to be Uploaded During Registration Process: -
- Class XII Certificate
- Class X Certificate
- The candidates belonging to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) must upload OBC-NCL Certificate.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST must submit Caste Certificate.
- Candidates belonging to PWD category must submit Physical Disability Certificate.
