JEE Main 2023 Day 1 Shift 1 (April 6) ConcludesJEE Main 2023 exam for the April session has been started by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam is taking place in two shifts- shift 1 is taking place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon whereas shift 2 will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The shift 1 exam is over and those who are going to appear for the upcoming exams must check out the question paper analysis of each subject. A total of 120 questions were asked from each subject- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. To answer all the questions, candidates will be provided 3 hours or 180 minutes in total. The student and expert review for each subject has been given below in a tabulated form-| Subject | Student Review |

| Physics | According to the students who appeared for the examination, the Physics question paper was between moderate to difficult level. |
| Chemistry | The Chemistry question paper was said to be easier than the other two subjects. |
| Mathematics | The paper on Mathematics was at a moderate level for a few students whereas difficult for others. |
