JEE Main 2024 Exam Dates ReleasedJEE Main 2024 Exam Dates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the examination dates for JEE Main 2024 on September 19. Following the regular examination schedules, JEE Main sessions this year too will be conducted in the months of January and April. As per the official schedule, JEE Main 2024 Session 1 will be conducted from January 24 to February 1 and JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will be carried out between April 1 to 15. Both sessions will be conducted in two shifts per day. The morning Shift 1 will be from 9 AM to 12 PM while the afternoon Shift 2 will be from 3 PM to 6 PM. One additional hour will be provided for PwD candidates. The examination will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test.

Important Note: Under no circumstances will any session of JEE Main 2024 be postponed. As all academic schedules have been followed this year, demands for postponement, either by regular or repeat students, will be not entertained by the NTA. The exams will be conducted as scheduled. The advance city intimation slips will be released about 10 days before the first examination date while the admit cards will be released about 2 to 3 days before the exam.
JEE Main exam compris es three papers: Paper 1, Paper 2A, and Paper 2B. The examination for Paper 1 will be attempted by those candidates who wish to join B.E./B. Tech courses, Paper 2A is for B. Arch course, and Paper 2B is for B.Planning course. JEE Main 2024 Paper 1 covers Maths, Chemistry, and Physics. Paper 2A covers Maths, Aptitude, and Drawing Tests while Paper 2B covers Maths, Aptitude and Planning.
