Instructions to Upload Photograph and Signature in JEE Main 2025 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence the JEE Main 2025 registration on its official website on October 28. Interested and eligible candidates before registering themselves must familiarise themselves with the instructions to upload photographs and signatures. The registration form for JEE Main 2025 will be available for applicants to fill out until November 22, 2024. If candidates are interested in pursuing undergraduate engineering courses, they must complete the application form and submit the required fees to be eligible for the exam. Additionally, you will need to upload specific documents in the designated format. After the registration period ends, there will be an opportunity to make corrections to the application. This year, Session 1 of the JEE Mains exam is scheduled to take place from January 22 to 31, 2025.

Instructions to Upload Photograph and Signature in JEE Main 2025 Registration

Applicants registering for JEE Main 2025 must go through the instructions to upload photographs and signatures below. Do note, that applicants will not be able to finalize their JEE Main 2025 registration until they have uploaded the necessary documents as per the provided instructions.

  • Candidates can ensure that the recent photograph you submit is in either color or black and white with at least 80% of your face (without a mask) visible, including your ears, against a white background.
  • The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG or JPEG format and should be clear and legible.
  • The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb, while the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb, both clearly legible.
  • Additionally, if you are submitting a scanned copy of a PwD (Persons with Disabilities) certificate, it should be in PDF format and the file size should be between 50 kb to 300 kb, clearly legible.
  • Ensure that you only upload your own photograph, signature, and certificates as specified in the guidelines. Do not use or upload anyone else's documents.
  • Make sure to upload the documents in the correct format and manner. Please note that there may not be an opportunity for corrections in the future.
  • If it is discovered at any point in the future that you have used or uploaded someone else's photograph, signature, or certificates in your application, or if you have tampered with your admit card, result, or scorecard, it will be considered as Unfair Means Practices.
  • Before submitting the application form, carefully review your photograph and signature. If they are blurry or not identifiable, your application will be rejected, and no options for correction or revision will be available
