JEE Main City Slip 2025 Session 1 LIVE Updates: NTA to release city intimation slip soon

JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2025: According to the official schedule, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will issue the JEE Main City Slip 2025 Session 1 by this week, i.e., on or beore January 12. However, even as the week passed, the city intimation slip was not released. Based on previous trends, it is expected that the same will be out anytime before January 12, 2025. The city slip is released about 9 to 10 days in advance to inform the students about the city where their examination centre will be. This helps candidate, s plan their travel accordingly, if required. Do note that JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2025 is not the same as the Admit Card. The admit card will be released separately, likely before 2 to 3 days of the examination. JEE Main 2025 session 1 exams will be held from January 22 to 30, 2025. Students appearing for the entrance test have to download their city slip at jeemain.nta.nic.in by logging in with their application number and date of birth.

As JEE Main 2025 Session 1 is only being held in 5 days for Paper 1, there is a possibility that the admit cards for all candidates will be released at the same time. However, NTA usually releases admit cards in sessions if there is a gap between two papers. Hence, it is more likely that the admit cards will be released by January 19 or 20 for the candidates appearing for the exam on January 22, 23, and 24. On the other hand, for the candidates who appear on January 28 and 29, the admit cards will be released by January 25 or 26. The admit cards for Paper 2 will be released separately, likely by January 27 or 28, 2025.

• Log on to the official NTA JEE website.
• Find the link to the JEE Main 2025 exam city intimation slip available on the homepage.
• A new page will open and you will be directed there.
• Enter your credentials and login.
• Check and download your advance city intimation slip.
• Get a printout for future reference.

JEE Main Session 1 2025 has two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted for admission into Under Graduate Engineering Programmes (BE/ BTech) in NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs. JEE Main is also an eligibility test for JEE Advanced which is a gateway for admission to IITs. For admission to BArch and BPlanning courses in India, Paper 2 is carried out. Paper 1 will be conducted on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, while Paper 2 will be conducted on January 30.
