JEE Main General Category Toppers January 2024 (Image credit: Pexels)JEE Main General Category Toppers January 2024: The National Testing Agency has released JEE Main category-wise toppers list 2024 today, February 13, 2024, after releasing the result. The details have been shared via a PDF and it is available on the official website of NTA. In JEE Main Session 1 2024, a total of 23 candidates have scored 100 percentile and in this, as many as 19 candidates are from the General category. The rest of the 4 candidates are from the OBC-NCL category.
The state-wise, category-wise and gender-wise topper list is shared every year for Sessions 1 and 2. State-wise category topper list is subdivided from the category-wise topper list. Apart from the toppers list, the candidates will find the application number and NTA score of those toppers. Apart from the general category toppers list, the candidates can find the toppers list for the other categories, genders, and states as well, in the pdf.

Candidates from the general category, who secured more than 95 percentile marks in the JEE Main January session exam, can expect to get admission to the top listed IIITs or NITs. Candidates below the 95 percentile score, can complete their admission to any of the GFTIs. Also, the candidates who scored 96+ percentile can appear for the JEE Advanced exam to secure a seat in any of the IITs.
Apart from that, the candidates, who are not satisfied with the Session 1 result, can appear for the JEE Main Session 2 exam, which will be held from April 3 to 15, to improve their marks. For the same, the JEE Main session 2 registration process is going on, which will be ended on March 2, 2024. Interested candidates are advised to complete the registration process beforehand to avoid the minute hassle.
