JEE Main Notification 2025 (Released):
The NTA has released the notification for JEE Main 2025 today, October 28. Along with this, the application forms will be available at
jeemain.nta.nic.in
from October 28 onwards. Interested candidates should first verify their eligibility and then register by November 22, 2024. Please note that the application form submitted now is only valid for JEE Main 2025 Session 1; separate registrations will be conducted for Session 2. The JEE Main 2025 exam includes two papers: Paper 1 for Engineering and Paper 2 for Architecture and Planning. It will be held in two sessions, in January and April 2025, as a computer-based test in multiple shifts. The new format reduces Section B from 10 to 5 mandatory questions, and the optional questions introduced during the pandemic have been discontinued.

JEE Main 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JEE Main 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria. Candidates should be in their final year of the 10+2 examination. Individuals must be taking the 2024 exam or have completed the Class 12 board exams in 2022 or 2023. Candidates need to have completed the intermediate or two-year pre-university exams conducted by a recognized board or university. One must have finished a two-year course at the Joint Service Wing of the National Defense Academy. A candidate must have successfully passed at least five subjects in the National Institute of Open Schooling’s 10+2 examination. Those who have completed their 10+2 examination through NIS should choose their respective State for eligibility purposes.
