Satarupa Chakraborty, former JNUSU General Secretary said that the circular issued by the university is not justified at all. She stated that it was very unpleasant and shocking for the students as the university is not leaving a single stone unturned to attack the regular life of students. As per her, JNU was a place for students and especially for the ones from the deprived and marginalised sector. However, the times are changing and is turning into a place for subsequent alienation for thousands of students.
