JoSAA Counselling Date 2024: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority is expected to begin JoSAA counselling by the second week of June 2024 . However, the date is tentative and may be changed this year regardless of how the previous years's trends have been. The authorities are yet to announce the complete schedule of all 6 rounds. Those who pass the examination will be eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling process, which involves several steps such as registration, selecting preferred courses and institutes, locking of choices, seat allocation, document verification, and reporting to the allotted institute. Candidates must register on the JoSAA portal and select their desired colleges and courses based on their JEE Main or JEE Advanced rank. The seat allotment is based on the candidate’s choice, merit rank, and availability of seats. Once the seat is allotted, candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification and payment of fees to confirm their admission.
