JoSAA seat allotment result 2023 for Round 1 has been activated at 10:00 AM today. The candidates must keep their JEE Main application number and password ready to download the seat allotment result.

JoSAA Seat Allotment 2023 Download Link: Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has activated the download link for JoSAA seat allotment 2023 for Round 1 today, June 30. The candidates can enter their JEE Main application number and password along with the security pin to download the seat allotment result. The direct link to download the JoSAA Seat Allotmnet 2023 has been added below . Candidates securing the seat allotment must complete the admission formalities by July 4 which include payment of the seat acceptance fee and online document upload. Apart from that candidates not satisfied with the allocated seat can opt for the "Float and Slide' options. Before selecting the Float or slide process candidte must check the Round 1 cutoff. Here are the important details regarding Freeze, Float and Slide after JoSAA seat allotment result 2023 Round 1-

Freeze	This option can be chosen by the candidates if they are satisfied with the seat allotment and proceed with the admission
Float	This option is only available to candidates who do not get an allotment basis their first choice or preference. Such candidates can reserve the already allocated seat in Round 1 and wait for the best allotment in Round 2. These candidates must complete the payment of seat acceptance fee. In case, a better allotment is not made in Round 2, the candidates can retain the allotment made in Round 1. If the candidates get a better allotment in Round 2, Round 1 seat gets cancelled automatically
Slide	This option is available for candidates who are looking for a better course allotment within the same institute. This option is only applicable if the candidates do not get an allotment in Round 1 as per first preference

Freeze

This option can be chosen by the candidates if they are satisfied with the seat allotment and proceed with the admission

Float
