“GetCetGo”, a free online crash course has been launched by the Karnataka Government on the 21st of April to assist those students who are preparing for exams like NEET and KCET amidst lockdown. “GetCetGo” was launched by the honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka Y S Yeddyurappa in the presence of another dignitary C N Ashwath Narayan - the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Higher Education of the Karnataka state.
Through this online crash course programme, the Department of Higher Education is quite sure to help those students who aspire to crack these entrance exams in this difficult period.
Those who have registered for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2020, the online crash course programme will be absolutely free of cost for them. The KCET 2020 registered students will be provided with an UserID and password through which they can access the materials available on the online crash course material.
The online crash course content, Android app and the web portal have been jointly developed by Deeksha Online and Sinchu Infotech.

This kind of online crash course initiative is the first one of its kind to be initiated by an Indian State with interactive tests, synopsis and videos to help the students appearing for competitive examinations like NEET and KCET. According to a release, it is expected that “GetCetGo”, the free online crash course will benefit around 1,94,000 students in the state who have registered for this programme.
