Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) released the Karnataka SSLC result 2022 today, May 19, on the official website @sslc.karnataka.gov.in and @karresults.nic.in. Kindly note that the old website of KSEEB, kseeb.kar.nic.in is discontinued. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the authorities gave additional 10% grace marks to the students who appeared for the SSLC exam. Hence, after adding the grace marks, the passing percentage is high compared to the pre-pandemic years
The Karnataka SSLC result was released at 12:30 pm. A total of 8,53,436 students from 15,387 schools appeared for the SSLC exam, which commenced from March 28 to April 11, 2022. A total of 7,30,881 students have passed the exam. Those students who could not pass Karnataka SSLC Board exam 2022 can appear for the supplementary exams scheduled to be commencing from Jun 27, 2022.
Karnataka SSLC 2022 Result: Pass Percentage
The passing percentage of Karnataka SSLC is 85.63% The passing percentage is lesser as compared to the previous years. The passing percentage of the male and female candidates are 81.30% and 90.29% respectively. To pass the Karnataka SSLC result 20222 or the class 10 exam, the candidates had to get a minimum 35% marks in every subject and overall.
