The Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram will conduct the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical) Exam 2016 for which tentative dates has been announced.
KEAM, state level entrance examination is a gateway for UG programmes admission to various colleges and institutions located in Kerala. The test is conducted for the admission to courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, B.Sc (Forestry), B.Sc (honors) agriculture, B.VSc (animal Husbandry), B.FSc and B.Tech (in all regular branches including agriculture, food engineering and dairy science and technology).
The KEAM Engineering exam will be held on April 25, 2016 (Paper I) and April 26, 2016 (Paper II). The KEAM Medical exam will be held on April 27, 2016 (Paper I) and April 28, 2016 (Paper II).
Eligibility:
The candidates must have scored 50% marks (core subjects) in 12 examination with PCM (for engineering courses) or PCB (for all other courses excluding engineering courses) fields and 50 percent in total aggregate.
Candidates who have engineering diploma with a scoring of 50 can also apply for the exam.
Exam pattern
KEAM Engineering entrance examination will have Paper I - Physics and Chemistry and Paper II - Mathematics.
KEAM Medical entrance examination will have Paper I - Chemistry and Physics and Paper II - Biology.
The duration will be of two and a half hours with multiple choice questions.
