KEAM 2023 exam took place on May 17 and its results were released on May 31, 2023. Candidates appearing for it must be wanting to check how the ranks of KEAM are determined. The rank list will be published by the authorities on the official website,
cee.kerala.gov.in
, at the time of the counselling process. Candidates need to access the login to check the rank card. The ranks will be based on a 50-50 weightage between KEAM marks and qualifying examination marks.
A separate rank list will be prepared for each of the following streams:
Engineering Course
Architecture Course
Medical & Medical Allied Courses (except BAMS)
BAMS Course
B.Pharm Course

Rank Determined
Engineering Courses
An equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the entrance examination for engineering and the marks obtained in the qualifying exam while creating the rank list.
Architecture Course
The rank list for admission to the B.Arch course will be prepared by giving equal weightage to the score obtained in the ‘National Aptitude Test in Architecture’ (NATA) and to the marks/ grades obtained in the qualifying examination by the candidate.
Medical & Medical Allied courses (except BAMS)
It will be prepared on the basis of rank obtained in NEET-UG 2023.
The rank list for Medical Allied Courses (Agriculture, Veterinary, Forestry, Fisheries courses, etc.) will be prepared on the basis of the rank obtained in NEET UG 2023.
BAMS Course
A separate rank list for Ayurveda Course will be prepared based on the score obtained in NEET-UG 2023.
B.Pharm Course
The Chemistry score obtained from the Paper-I of KEEE will be multiplied by 2.25 and added to the Physics score obtained from the Paper-I of the KEEE. The sum so obtained will be multiplied by a factor of 2/3 to calculate the index mark for ranking the candidates for the B.Pharm course. The maximum index score will be 480.
