Kerala University (KU) has postponed the date of KMAT 2017 examination. The management entrance examination was to take place on June 11, 2017. However, the varsity has postponed the examination to July 2, 2017. The varsity will conduct KMAT 2017 examination from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on July 2, 2017. Admission Supervisory Committee and Fee Regulatory Committee for Professional Colleges of Kerala supervise the KMAT 2017 examination. Kerala University conducts KMAT examination on behalf of these committees.

Stating reasons for the postponement of examination, one of the officials revealed that the representatives from various MBA colleges across the state met the Chairman of Admission Supervisory Committee and requested to postpone the examination. The representatives claimed that very few students have applied for the management entrance test. Most of the varsities have not published the degree results on time, and more students have not applied to the examination.

The representatives also requested to extend the deadline for the submission of applications to KMAT 2017 examination. Now, June 21, 2017, is the deadline to submit the applications. The candidates must remit or pay the examination fee by June 20, 2017.
The candidates who wish to register for KMAT 2017 examination can fill the online application on the official portal. Firstly, the candidates need to pay the KMAT 2017 examination fee. General Category candidates have to pay Rs. 1,000 as the KMAT 2017 examination fee, and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs. 750. Exam fee can be paid through SBI Collect.
The candidates can use the SB Collect Reference Number as the Login ID to fill the online application.
