KMAT Kerala 2023: The KMAT Kerala 2023 exam is scheduled to be held on February 19, 2023, through online mode i.e., Computer Based Test Mode. Candidates appearing for the exams are advised to be aware of the instructions for the exam day to ensure they can operate through the exam smoothly. As most candidates may be appearing for the CBT mode of examination for the first time, it is necessary that candidates are prepared to face the examinations. Even if candidates have appeared for the CBT mode of examinations, candidates may note the essential instruction to scroll through the window conveniently.

KMAT Kerala 2023 Exam Instructions for CBT

Here are some of the instructions to be followed by the candidates on the exam day to operate their respective computers allotted to them for the KMAT Kerala 2023 exam:
  • First candidates will have to attempt a mock test to practice and understand the interface of the examination. With the completion of the mock test, the page will automatically be redirected to the exam screen.
  • On the top-right corner of the screen, candidates will be able to check the exam timing left to appear for the exam. The time will be active throughout the exam, and candidates will be able to track the timings.
  • The questions will be displayed one after the other. Each question will have four options and only after attempting the question or by skipping candidates will be able to navigate to the next question.
  • Candidates may navigate through the questions from one to another through the “Load Next” or “Load Previous “ option available on the screen.
  • After responding to each question, candidates will have to click on the “Save and Next” option to successfully submit the answer.
  • To clear any response selected by the candidate, they may click on the “Clear Response” tab.
  • To mark any question for review, candidates may click on the “Mark for Review” button available on the screen.
  • The interface will be colour oriented. Questions answered successfully will be marked as green, questions marked for review will be marked in orange, and the questions which have been answered but marked for review will be marked in violet.
  • As soon as the timer on the screen hits zero, the page will automatically be redirected to the page with the statistics of the total number of questions, number of answered questions, and number or unanswered questions.
Further, it is advisable that candidates always hit the “Save” button to save their responses to make sure the answer is to be considered. If the candidate fails to save their response, then it may not be recorded. Also, even if the candidate does not submit their exam, the last saved responses will be considered as the final responses.
