Afer getting final approval from the Governor of Rajasthan, the date of convocation of the University of Kota has been finalized on 13th March. 2016
Before that, the Governor Kalyan Singh issued a letter to the University while affirming the date of Convocation to be held on March 13. Now the brisk preparation in going on for the mega event. There is a festive atmosphere everywhere.
This convocation is going to be held after six years. After approval of the Governor, VC Prof. PK Dasora had convened a meeting with the top executives and teachers to discuss the finalization of arrangements.
The obligation to wear convocation gown has been discarded. Students with the Paint-shirts and coats while girls with salwar suits and sarees will be allowed to attend the function.
Students who have got degrees from Kota University are now registering for the event. This time, 269 gold medals will be given to toppers.
