The KTET registration process will open on November 11, 2024, for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. Conducted twice yearly by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan, the KTET assesses candidates’ teaching skills for eligibility to instruct in Lower Primary and Upper Primary schools across Kerala.

The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) for Category 1 (Lower Primary classes), and Category 2 (Upper Primary classes) will be held on January 18, 2025. The KTET exam for Category 3 (High School classes) and Category 4 [for Language Teachers – Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu (up to UP classes), Specialist Teachers (Art & Craft) and Physical Education teachers will be held on January 19, 2025.
